Absolutely recommend!

Quality control and overall communication were not up to standards. Much of the architectural trim work, drywall work, cabinets, had issues that were noted during punch list and were still never resolved. Blue tape would get removed and nothing was done to fix the issues. This happened on multiple occasions and now some of which cannot be resolved since we have furniture moved in. Jenna did make a solid effort to follow up on what she could and keep us updated which was nice.

We found the whole process to be very streamlined. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They were very organized.

Our experience was wonderful, we appreciated the open communication during the process. We found the staff we encountered to be professional and sensitive to our timeline for completion.

Just moved in but have to say at this time Streamline and their owner has done everything expected dealing with our home. Very organized and attentive to details and punch list request.

List of subs, all manuals and warranties.

I think the general consensus is once the dust settles, everyone loves their home in Beaucoast. Just need to tighten up the walk through/punch list phase at the end so customers can get in and enjoy....at the same time Streamline can get on to building new, revenue generating homes.

Although we just moved in, we are satisfied with the house. We are planning to build a long term home in the next few years, and I would consider getting a quote from Streamline. I do think there are some items that were left out of being fixed, so thats why I gave 4 stars versus 5.

Streamline built us an amazing house on a great lot. We love it! We are very excited to be in our forever home.

Collin has been great to work with with during my project, he was phenomenal.

Everything was good except the initial closing date. The house had not been through quality control, inspection, CO. Our closing was delayed and we endured several weeks of repairs and renting. That said, the people on site were terrific and did everything possible to get us fixed. We are scheduled to close again tomorrow and hope this can be behind us and we can start enjoying the new house.

I would not recommend Streamline. I did not work with them from initial construction so I cannot speak to the building process. I purchased a home already built.

This was our first experience with Streamline and overall we are pleased with our home. We are certain that Streamline will continue to address our punch list in a timely manner and complete/repair all the contractor errors or omissions and finish our add-ons as contracted.

We will definitely recommend Streamline Developers to any our Friends and Family looking to build in the area.

My house had to be wheelchair accessible with no steps gettiing into or onto back porch. This included the man door into the garage. They were willing to adjust plans to accomplish this

We had an awesome experience with everyone involved with our sale and construction. The whole team was great to work with, very friendly, very professional and very quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had.

I would recommend Dylan as he had oversight over the project. We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship and materials used.

Remains to be seen if we'll recommend Streamline to friends or family. We'd like the construction deficiencies corrected, and overall we think the quality of the finished product should be higher.

We purchased a home from Streamline back in January of 2021 and were excited to see the results. The initial walkthrough by Brett was a great experience as he explained the warranty information, home features, and answered questions thoroughly and with professionalism. All of the noticed improvements were addressed and he even helped us with the blue tape markings to identify the minor issues. The final walkthrough blew us away as the finished product was beautiful. I love the notebook that Streamline providers including appliance manuals, subcontractor contact information, and other useful items. We love our home immensely.

Everything was great up until the last bit. They hurried the closing, resulting in poor quality in the last mile. The painting job is terrible. The attention to detail was totally lacking. Example: Track for screen door is bent, resulting in being unable to open and close without damage. (They say they will be replacing the screen doors). The stairs were the wrong color. There is a leak in the master bathroom hot water faucet (fixed as of 6/29) The cleaning job was horrible. The front door and garage door were sticking (fixed). Around the garage door is not painted. The drain for water from the indoor condenser empties onto the 1st level patio, which does not drain to the grass, building up a perpetual pool of water against the house (should be drained to the yard) (I was told today that they will be running the line to the ground as it should be). The electrician ran an ethernet cable from the terminal box for Internet service to the TVs, but instead of putting RJ45 ethernet cable connections at the ends of the wire, installed telephone connections (which they refuse to fix). Did I say that the paint job is terrible? Oh yes I did. But it bears repeating. It's obvious that the baseboards were never cleaned before painting. There is grit in the paint. They must have put their beginner painter on the job of painting the baseboard because the paint is slopped on the wall and floor, especially in corners. The tub in the bathroom on the third level has dark areas where something has penetrated the gel coat and won't come off. The tub in the 1st level has a chip in the gel coat. And the list continues to grow as we spend more time at the unit. If we were not under a deadline to rent the unit, we would not have closed until everything was corrected.

A great experience overall and we're very excited to belong to a beautiful neighborhood. Now that we are no longer customers really, I'm looking forward to being neighbors with several of the Streamline staff that live in Beau Coast.

We are proud to own another Streamline home. We love the way the selection process is "streamlined" so that the options are not so overwhelming. Being a reputable, busy company that is locally owned, we believe Streamline has access to a variety of sub contractors that are able to get the job done. Overall, the company operates with a process that gets the job done in an efficient amount of time.

Overall the house is beautiful, and just what we wanted. The quality is good. However, Streamline can do a much better job of completing the punch list for their customers, and following up with customer concerns. Streamline did not follow through with problems that were identified, and are still not fixed as of 6/22/21. Floor was never checked after the refrigerator (that was included in our sale) water line was sliced by the installers. There was damage to the floor in one spot that has not been addressed. The exterior flood lights on the back of the house were never sealed around like we had asked and should be done. The big hole in soffit was never sealed. There continues to be a big hole. Our air handler drain was piped wrong. HVAC company never came out to fix it though we have been in contact with the superintendent on many occasions. The primary drain for handler was piped in wrong so water was flowing into the overflow pan, and the overflow pan was not stubbed outside of the house so we do not know if there is possible water damage in the attic. That needs to be checked. Nails already popping through sheetrock in master bedroom. House may not be sealed well as we have a bad ant problem. Exterminator out three times. Very disappointing.

We love Jenna! Due to Covid there were some challenges that came along with the build (unforeseen delays on materials, tradespeople out due to illness, etc,), but Jenna always seemed calm, cool, and collected and did what needed to be done to keep things moving along.

Jordan and the entire team were engaged and shared our vision for our new home from start to finish. They did not just build us a house, it felt like they were personally invested along with us and they went above any beyond to ensure that we were satisfied down to the last detail.

I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship in my new home.

I would not simply because of numerous mistakes, not paying attention to detail and other avoidable errors such as non-working home and mailbox keys (wow). Additionally the owner (Jordan Maroules) is not a good person (I've heard this from multiple accounts not just my experience) and would not do business with an individual that sucks at communicating as bad as he does.

This was our first and only experience working with a builder, and we had a lot of setbacks due to covid19 and rain which was no fault of Streamline. However, we are very happy with out new home, still have a few items to be addressed, but all in all, we would recommend Streamline Developers .

They are top-shelf, with quality level exceeding our expectations, and all our comments were addressed promptly. This is how builders should perform.

Absolutely pleasant experience - watching our home being built and having the great relationship and feedback from the Streamline team was very enjoyable - the quality of the work on our house was exceptional and we would recommend them to anyone!
