Our entire process with Streamline far exceeded our expectations! Communication was prompt and thorough, flexibility with our schedule and timelines were great and follow up on the punch list was second to none! I wouldn't hesitate to use Streamline again and you won't be disappointed in the process and will end of up with a quality home that they stand behind!

Quality control and overall communication were not up to standards. Much of the architectural trim work, drywall work, cabinets, had issues that were noted during punch list and were still never resolved. Blue tape would get removed and nothing was done to fix the issues. This happened on multiple occasions and now some of which cannot be resolved since we have furniture moved in. Jenna did make a solid effort to follow up on what she could and keep us updated which was nice.
We found the whole process to be very streamlined. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They were very organized.
Our experience was wonderful, we appreciated the open communication during the process. We found the staff we encountered to be professional and sensitive to our timeline for completion.

Just moved in but have to say at this time Streamline and their owner has done everything expected dealing with our home. Very organized and attentive to details and punch list request.

I think the general consensus is once the dust settles, everyone loves their home in Beaucoast. Just need to tighten up the walk through/punch list phase at the end so customers can get in and enjoy....at the same time Streamline can get on to building new, revenue generating homes.

GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf.
