Choosing Streamline Developers as the builder of our custom home was the best decision we made. We fell in love with our lot and toured a home built by Streamline Developers just down the street. The moment we toured that home, we knew that this was the company that we could trust to build our dream home - and now being complete with the entire home building process, I'm so happy to say we were right! From our first engagement with Brynn, she was so kind and listened to understand our needs. She connected us to an architect that brought our vision to a plan. Once we signed the contract, we worked with Danielle to design every detail of our home. It can be an overwhelming process (making so many different selections), but Danielle made it not only easy, but so enjoyable. She is an incredibly talented designer who listened to what we wanted and made suggestions that I would not have thought of. Throughout the process, she remained involved and treated our home like her home with so much love and respect. We couldn't have done it without her! Lastly, but most importantly, from our first interaction with our superintendent Collin, we knew that there was no one better in the world to bring our home to life. He communicated with us every step of the way, was always available for questions and addressed any concerns we had in real time. Beyond that, his overall calm demeanor was truly so refreshing during this process. Building a home (we were told) would be stressful, but with Collin it was not. His attention to detail, efficiency and craftsmanship resulted in our home being built so beautifully and sooner than expected. Overall, if you are looking for a home builder in Carteret County, we highly recommend Streamline Developers. It's a choice we would make a million times over and we will be forever grateful that they brought our dream home to life.

I came in at the end of the build project. I did not choose the finishes or the appliances. However, the neutral palette within the house allowed me to create my own design elements and make the house feel like home. I look forward to adding some additional landscaping elements this spring.

Absolutely recommend!

Quality control and overall communication were not up to standards. Much of the architectural trim work, drywall work, cabinets, had issues that were noted during punch list and were still never resolved. Blue tape would get removed and nothing was done to fix the issues. This happened on multiple occasions and now some of which cannot be resolved since we have furniture moved in. Jenna did make a solid effort to follow up on what she could and keep us updated which was nice.

We found the whole process to be very streamlined. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They were very organized.

Our experience was wonderful, we appreciated the open communication during the process. We found the staff we encountered to be professional and sensitive to our timeline for completion.

List of subs, all manuals and warranties.

I think the general consensus is once the dust settles, everyone loves their home in Beaucoast. Just need to tighten up the walk through/punch list phase at the end so customers can get in and enjoy....at the same time Streamline can get on to building new, revenue generating homes.

Although we just moved in, we are satisfied with the house. We are planning to build a long term home in the next few years, and I would consider getting a quote from Streamline. I do think there are some items that were left out of being fixed, so thats why I gave 4 stars versus 5.

Streamline built us an amazing house on a great lot. We love it! We are very excited to be in our forever home.

Collin has been great to work with with during my project, he was phenomenal.

Everything was good except the initial closing date. The house had not been through quality control, inspection, CO. Our closing was delayed and we endured several weeks of repairs and renting. That said, the people on site were terrific and did everything possible to get us fixed. We are scheduled to close again tomorrow and hope this can be behind us and we can start enjoying the new house.

I would not recommend Streamline. I did not work with them from initial construction so I cannot speak to the building process. I purchased a home already built.

This was our first experience with Streamline and overall we are pleased with our home. We are certain that Streamline will continue to address our punch list in a timely manner and complete/repair all the contractor errors or omissions and finish our add-ons as contracted.

We will definitely recommend Streamline Developers to any our Friends and Family looking to build in the area.
