We are so impressed with the work Tankersley Construction did to bring our tired 1990s kitchen up to date. Our 50-year-old ranch house had multiple remodels and additions over the years as well as a 2-1/2 inch drop on one side due to foundation settling. TCI gave us a full scope of work after several walk thru appointments with the designer and their project manager. We were able to use our existing Wolfe stove and newer dishwasher, but the kitchen was fully demolished and new layout presented. We had custom cabinets, Quartz countertops, gorgeous ceramic tile floor installed, as well as new windows and sliding doors. Our existing arch entryways were enlarged and reworked to maintain consistency to the rest of the house. And they raised the floor and made the walls square again! But the best part of this extensive project was the detail Steve and his crew provided. They use an interactive software program that shows me the daily work and comments - this was during COVID and they did an excellent job of working around their employee health issues as well as the subcontractors. I would definitely recommend Tankersley Construction for your next project.

I really appreciated the calendar, schedule and time frame commitment of this operation. If situations changed, the schedule was adjusted and communicated. We started and finished this project within 2 days of projected finish date, even with changes and several specialty sub contractors. The quality of workmanship was excellent and as expected.
