Todd is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. We spent just one day with Todd as well as Hal and Kris Kone, Realtors. Six months or more talking, researching and visiting for our forever homes, we made our decision in just that one day. That's amazing!
Deciding Factors - I was not looking to build a home, however this was the best option to have the options I would like. I am looking forward to the amenities Westhill offers.

Additional Comments - They are very professional. They operate very calculated. They explained that they order all building materials before they break ground and build so that it will not be a delay. I had no delays. I had an apartment lease so I was worried about there being a delay. They were informative. They emailed me every single week during the building process to update me on the progress. I never had to ask any questions because they were very proactive about giving me information. I never had any questions or concerns. It was wonderful.

Additional Comments - We can't imagine choosing another company to build a home. It was a great experience, and though it seemed daunting at the beginning, they made it as easy and smooth as possible. They responded quickly and effectively to any issues that arose throughout the build.
This is our second purchase with Stateson Homes. So we definitely would recommend them. However, we do think Stateson should consider offering more options for interior design, including accent walls and kitchen upgrades / additional cabinets etc.
Sales Manager - Karen does such a great job! She is prompt in responses, and helps guide through the decision making process very professionally. Love the energy and enthusiasm to sell but also to make sure the buyer is getting what they need and desire!

Overall quality is very high. The atmosphere in the neighborhood and the people who live there are outstanding. The HOA is not yet controlled by the owners, which can be a drag.
Problems were minor. During the time of construction there were challenges in getting materials and scheduling contractors. John Shelor did a very good job managing the construction, The only low point was the landscaping, of which the homeowner had no input or choice. Jasen has been excellent in addressing warranty and follow-up issues.

We are likely and already have. Two of whom have already signed contracts.
A lot of small finishing details were rushed through during the initial construction of our townhouse. Carpet tack strips, paint drips, caulking, etc. The warrantee repair and service visits during the first year were flexible, thorough, and satisfactory.

There were a number of issues. I paid for a lot of additional things, and things were not done according to what I paid for. There are outlets in the dining room, someone drew the diagram incorrectly. The kitchen counter is drawn about 3 feet longer than it actually was. They put the outlets where they were indicated on the diagram, so that leaves the outlets are 3 feet out from the counter. These are the connections for the internet, telephone, and television. We have 3–4 things plugged in on the countertop, rather than have big black cords stringing across the white wall.

Overall, we had a very positive experience with Stateson in building our new home, which they managed to do in record time! Karen Turner was fabulous to work with in the buying process and Jason Otten has worked to ensure that each of our warranty issues were addressed.
Very good initial meetings with team. Karen was wonderful, very helpful. Jade was really good to work with and helped us understand our options. Options were somewhat limited for personalization of our home, with limited flexibility on things we were hoping to do. John Shelor was great (although you could tell he was always being pulled in too many directions) and a number of commitments were dropped.
