Stateson Homes were just very supportive throughout the whole process, sent updates weekly, kept us posted on the progress, and was easy to work with.

The quality of the home's finishes needs improvement, especially the grass installation; they left a lot of stones behind and used poor-quality soil on my property. We experienced several issues with doors, doorknobs, and bathroom fixtures.

Jonathan made over $15000 in wrong charges. Told us our quote included things it did not and only said - ‘my bad’. At final walkthrough two contracted items were not present. One week after closing the $1600 shower door is still not installed. Very un happy with the way the lawn was finished with large rocks and trash everywhere under the seed/straw netting. I give three stars because Tristan has been very good.

Building from a distance is challenging because of not being able to see the progress and check on things. Building in Hils Quarter made this much better because of the weekly pictures and ability to connect with Brenda and John at any time. I really appreciated how easy the entire process was to navigate!
