Building our new home with Stateson was an exceptional experience. The contract and purchase was easy, selections were great and construction was handled with care by the whole team and on time! The finished home was clean and ready to move in as soon as we closed!

The quality of the build was excellent. The team was very responsive to any questions. We got weekly pictures and updates of the construction.

Justin has been wonderful to work with on the 1-year warranty repairs. Everything that I was concerned about is being addressed and repaired/replaced up to the level expected for a new construction home. The entire experience from touring the model home all the way to this 1-year mark has been excellent. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Additional Comments - Connor and Chad were great communicating through the app and providing weekly updates.

They architectural designs are terrific. Craftsmanship in construction ranges from excellent to mediocre, depending on the tradesman you get. Warranty execution warrants a 3 out of 5. DO NOT SIGN paperwork unless work is COMPLETED satisfactorily.

The entire experience was relatively pleasant. As complicated buy a new home can be any situations that arose were handled quite well.
