We had a positive experience working with Stateson to build our townhome.
Professional & Organized - All updates were included in the app and they were ahead of schedule during the entire building process making it go very smoothly!
Stateson was easy to work and communicated regularly during the building process and after.
Loved the team. John, Tristan, Brian, and Emma were an absolute joy to work with!! Couldnt recommend them more.
I have recommended you all to several people.
The HOA team is very difficult to deal with and arrogant.
We did not have a good experience and from speaking to other new homeowners in the community they shared alot and even worse experiences they had. I would not want anyone else to experience this.
Absolutely! The team was very professional and we recommend Stateson Homes to all of our friends
Process was very simple from contract to keys
Easy to work with and communicate weekly through the building process so you always know the status of your home. House was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.
Professional & Organized - The developers were great! The sales staff was a bit more disorganized, and I waited outside for over 30 minutes on my closing date because someone forgot to show up and let us in.
We had high expectations for Stateson Homes based on the recommendation from our realtor and we have not been disappointed. The entire process from our first contact with the sales staff, the design meeting, the weekly progress updates from the Project Management team, the thorough and informative pre-drywall inspection through the on time delivery of our house has been nothing short of outstanding. We are very happy to be proud owners of a Stateson Homes house.
The sale manager is very rude. The company staff also purposely refuse to reply emails.
I would recommend due to the quality of the home and ease of overall experience. Gave 4/5 due some misinformation during sales meetings and initial stages of process.
Well defined process with weekly feedback. Schedule commitments were met Quality is very good.
Very responsive and easy to work with and quickly addressed any issues that arose even after the house was sold.
Always, its the better brand.
Very concerned about quality and keeping homeowners satisfied.
Professional & Organized - I received regular communication and construction status reports.
Schedule - Precisely met the schedule.
Todd and Caden were great to work with and quick to respond to questions and issues.
As mentioned before, everything was fine until -Anthony ( I understand is no longer with you guys) who messed up and had the drywall installed without us having even planned a “pre-drywall” meeting.
- after the build was done everything looked decent then we looked at the backyard which we had been told was completed and seeded. Looking at the backyard we saw a track-hoe had used our backyard to go across and to another yard tearing it up and making it unlevel and making it all up with tons of track marks.
—all that said Stateson has been pretty decent in their timing of reply for a response.
This question has a complex answer to to challenges with the infrastructure that wasn’t established during the development phase. We chose Stateson to build our home based on the reputation of your company. The initial phase of tge sale and chosing the lot and amenities was enjoyable and handled professionally. The building phase coordinated with Brandon and Caden was handled with care and consoderation to our needs. When minor issues were identifed Brandon and Caden were responsive snd attended to detail. The mortgage process and move in process presented major challenges. The individuals mortgage lenders were professional however their process was uncoordinated and several calculation mistakes were made including telling us we needed 13,000 more than the final amount stated 1 hour before closing.
Two weeks before closing we we informed about major infrastructure changes with utilities to include trash, mail and internet access. To date the internet challenge has not been resolved whivh impacts a number of daily operations. A major impact was a medical emergency involving my daughter who has acseixure disorder and wasntvable to access us through the Slexa app and thevrescue squad was delayed due to the addresses not being in the ststem correctly.
I will give Stateson grace on the infrastructure challenges but with the number of communities Stateson has built these errors should have been identified and corrected months before we broke ground on our lot.
The buying process was good. The build quality of the homes is what is expected of lowest bidder subcontractors. The build quality is what we would expect from a much lower price point.
Quality of the build was great, but miscommunication and incorrect information made it feel like this was Stateson’s first development when we know it’s not.
Excellent Team to work with from our Sales Rep. Brenda to our project manager John and his assistant Marshall -- great to work with and very responsive.
Everyone was very responsive to your wants and needs. Very professional.
Overall, we love the home and we love the area and would recommend this neighborhood
The entire process was seamless. Top to bottom the team is a wonderful group who kept us informed every step of the way and responded quickly to any questions/issues.
We have found Stateson Homes to be delightful to work with as they created our wonderful Westhill home for us. We’ve been living here for about a month and are appreciating the quality workmanship and attention to detail in both the house and the development. We have especially appreciated working with Denny, the sales manager, and Connor and Caden, our project managers, each of whom has been respectful, cooperative, and anxious to make things right.
Generally, I am very happy with all of the services provided and how quickly they responded to me.
The sales person Todd and project manager Tristan were great to work with but the subs that were used did some things that were not good and aggravating. I will say Tristan was on top of most things as well and he did a good job for us. It's not that I wouldn't recommend Stateson but I would caution someone to keep an eye on the subs if possible.
Experience, patience and enthusiasm every step of the way: Todd Kidder
From beginning to end, the service was top-notch and very friendly.
Nice craftsmanship, attention to detail and quality materials
If even the smallest part of you is considering building with Stateson Homes, absolutely call them! From start to finish they’re hands-down the BEST! My home is even better than I imagined it would be. Building does not have to be stressful, and these folks know what they are doing to ensure that!
I'd recommend anyone looking for a new build in the $300k-$500k range to consider Stateson as a builder. They completed my home quickly without sacrificing quality. If you are clear about what you what in your home from design, to interior finishes, then I am confident Stateson will deliver.
High quality and friendly staff. We were walked through the whole process meticulously with surprises.
The Stateson team made our build process incredibly enjoyable. They provided constant updates, offered a wide range of finishes, and were incredibly friendly, from the sales manager to the design center and project manager. Even after closing, we felt supported because they all stayed in touch. Having a warranty also put our minds at ease. Thank you for making the process of building our first home so seamless. Highly recommend working with Denny Evans.
Better follow up on HOA questions. This was my biggest issue when I signed the contract, my main question was who owns the retaining wall. It took me in JUNE to asked a new neighbor, who happed to be on the board to get the ball rolling. To my disappointment found out the I own the retaining wall. The was using the survey that Stateson had done.
Also, driveways should be tested that vehicles do not drag. On my walk thur 2 days before closing found that I could not use my driveway. It is very inconvenient to have to carry stuff from the street. I had plan to pull right into my garage to un pack my car.
One big negative is that you do not finish out and paint the garage. It makes the house look incomplete.
Although I am very satisfied, when I compare my build to other more recent in the last year, it appears that I may not have been offered some of the options, e.g. screened porch, that others have.
My experience was overall amazing.
Every quality complaint we had, all pretty small, were adequately addressed by Brenda Holmandollar and John Snow.
We would definitely recommend station above any other builder we looked at in the area; quality workmanship and an excellent, professional team.
Great quality home and friendly staff.
The finished product is just as it was presented during the decision process. No surprises.
The Customer Service from our first meeting to the end of first year punch list the people were friendly, gracious and fully responsive to our concerns.
Recommended to our daughter who is building now.
When Justin came out for the 300 Day warranty walk I made a list of issues. One was my trees in the back and one tree dief. He said they will replace any dead trees. The trees they planter last fall by the street is dead as a doornail. Also Tristan said hé will redo my grass in the back. Now hé pretenderen we never had that conversation. But my Neighbor was witness to it. My bathroom glansspoelmiddel still doesnt close. My Floor is making sqeaking noises now on one side.
The whole process was great! From Denny the sales Manager that helped us when we first came to look around, all the way to Connor & Caden on the construction side of things. The communication was phenomenal and all our questions got answered promptly!
Sales team through post sales follow up have been excellent to work with throughout the process.
We purchased long distance and the sales representative, Denny, made the process so smooth for us to do long distance. When we arrived, we were pleased with the work that had been done.
