If I could rate a "0", I would. Called Standard early in the morning and they were able to schedule a repair same day. Trip charge would be $225 which would be added to the total cost of repairs. Tech arrived, located slow freon leak due to bad brazing at the compressor and advised that he could fix for $1600.00. I paid the $225 for the trip and called another company who has repaired the issue for a total of $250 ($80 trip charge, labor and 3-4 lbs of freon). The quote for $1600.00 is my definition of price gauging!! I will not nor will I suggest using this company for any reason.

If they truly cared about how well they did, then whoever is in charge i.e. the owner or manger, would contact me and ask me what happened. When they crew left they knew I as not satisfied. I felt more that they were the company that got the job and then did come back. There is not a follow up.
