Additional Comments - My husband and I decided to move on a whim and within a week or two we had been shown a house that fit our needs and was still early enough in the build that we could make changes (but I loved everything they had already chosen). The whole process has been too easy, so easy it doesn't feel real yet. The staff has been professional, friendly, personal and prompt in all my communication with them. We currently own a home SmartDwellings built and we love it, we are just relocating closer to my work so it seemed fitting to choose them again.
