This was my first experience working with ServiceOne after working with another A/C company for all the six years we have lived in Orlando. Dennis Miller, the technician who did the maintenance work on our A/C system, is a wonderful representative of the company. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Dennis explained everything that he did and reviewed the items that needed more attention. I will certainly use ServiceOne for future A/C work and ask for Dennis Miller to be the tech to come to our home. Because of this great first experience with ServiceOne's A/C work, I plan to call them for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.
I had a new A/C System installed by Service One Air Conditioning this month and couldn't be happier. The installation was great, the techs, Ricardo and Santos did a wonderful job.Their attention to details was amazing and their work was done very professionally, neat and organized. My experience from start to finish was exceptional. Otto, my sales person explained the entire installation process, was patient in making sure I understood the process and was supportive throughout the whole journey. He was very professional, knowledgeable and was on the job site the day of the installation to make sure we were pleased with our new A/C System. I also recently used Service One Plumbing to install a new hot water heater and they also did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Service One Air Conditioning and Plumbing for all your A/C and Plumbing needs.

Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of ServiceOne Air Conditioning as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
