Love this product but the installation needs to be improved. Better for the company to hire trained and experienced installers - on-the-job training is unacceptable. Make sure that all the joints are completely sealed and the work is done during daylight hours.

We use Culligan for our house and they install.  Hiring a plumber is not necessary.
