We are so happy we chose STS construction as our contractor. We had small projects all over the house that we wanted to give the overall house an update but to also take it from a deceased family members house to feeling like it was ours. They nailed that goal, turning our house into a beautiful living space we are proud to show off and that feels like our own home. Their subcontractors were great as was the work that Todd did. They came every day they said they would and Jylene came often to inspect and see how the subs were doing. Kari was a great communicator as well. Always telling us about scheduling changes, etc. I will absolutely use them again when we decide in a few years to finish the bathrooms and I have recommended them to several people already.

I'm extremely happy with the kitchen renovation that STS completed for me. They were on time and budget, very clear on any changes/costs that were needed, and cleaned up the site thoroughly every day, keeping my home safe for my family and pets. The help and suggestions for designing my new space were phenomenal and the finished project looks just as promised.

Todd and his team helped repair exterior wood beams and columns, as well as repairing a portion of our roof. They worked quickly and the quality of their work was excellent. I recently had my bathroom remodeled and the kitchen bar area opened up. They did an awesome job and were very efficient. The cleanliness was also huge for me. They protected the rest of my home very well during demo and remodel. I recently had a small flood from my AC unit and STS will be here starting next week to repair the damages and replace the carpet that was in my bedroom with tile. I trust them and know that they will do another great job.

Of several general contractors, STS was the most responsive, while also being competitively priced. They worked with me on timing, problem-solving and ultimately provided a more-than-satisfactory experience. Highly recommended.

I have worked with contractors 3 different times, and this project was by far the most fun. The people were good and pleasant and it was a pleasure working with them.

5 stars!!! We would give STS Construction 10 stars if we could. We interviewed several contractors before choosing one to remodel our entire kitchen and knock out a wall to the living room. STS was professional start to finish. STS Construction rocks! Me and my wife used them to repair our 1st floor after we had water damage from a washing machine overflow. We interviewed a few contractors, but liked them the most. We liked the fact that they're a family business and they really seemed to care about their work. They had workers that specialized on each task versus some other companies who try to have one guy do all the work. This really helped the quality come out top notchThey were very honest and we felt comfortable leaving them in the house while we were out. All the workers were very friendly and on time. They actually ended a few days ahead of schedule and the downstairs looks like new! They did a wonderful job and we highly recommend them to anyone!

4 out of 4 stars... Steve and Todd visited to assess the job (flood related damage). Their assessment of the work, time required and the quote was very reasonably inline with what I anticipated. Communication with me throughout the work in progress was good as well as their active management of the subcontractors. Additional quotes upon my inquiry and approvals were handled professionally. Most importantly, the final product was to my expectation with little ambiguity and wherever there was, STS responded professionally at satisfying. Steve and Todd are great people to do business with.

We hired STS to help us to modernize our kitchen and a guest bathroom within a specific budget and timeframe. Their design advice was excellent and we followed it. Their construction was great and the finished product met our expectations and looks and functions better than we expected.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They finished the work months ago, and it has held up well. They made great recommendations. They showed attention to detail - for example, after tile was lain, they realized one of the tiles was subtly mismatched, so they fixed it before I had even noticed.

I have worked with various general contractors over the years, and I have not found any better than Steve and Todd Seligman of STS Construction. They are nice and fair and a pleasure to deal with. It is obvious that they and their subcontractors take pride in their work. The few times that something was not done right the first time, they admitted that a mistake had been made and took all steps necessary to fix the problem to my satisfaction. I love the way my townhome looks and would highly recommend them.

I thoroughly researched several contracting companies and got three bids for our new kitchen project. One widely-advertised company wasn't interested because the job was under $80k, the other never got back to us with a bid. Steve and Todd were very professional and, most importantly, didn't think this $50k + project was "too small" for them. Todd and the construction guys were very polite and respectful, and the work was done right and in a professional manner.

STS Construction is a very professional and service oriented company providing customer satisfaction, completing projects on time and on budget. I was so please with their work that I have referred their services to others.

They provided a quality and timely service for me and it exceeded my expectations. They were willing to work with me on the design though I made numerous changes. There was no problem with that.
