We are so happy we chose STS construction as our contractor. We had small projects all over the house that we wanted to give the overall house an update but to also take it from a deceased family members house to feeling like it was ours. They nailed that goal, turning our house into a beautiful living space we are proud to show off and that feels like our own home. Their subcontractors were great as was the work that Todd did. They came every day they said they would and Jylene came often to inspect and see how the subs were doing. Kari was a great communicator as well. Always telling us about scheduling changes, etc. I will absolutely use them again when we decide in a few years to finish the bathrooms and I have recommended them to several people already.

I'm extremely happy with the kitchen renovation that STS completed for me. They were on time and budget, very clear on any changes/costs that were needed, and cleaned up the site thoroughly every day, keeping my home safe for my family and pets. The help and suggestions for designing my new space were phenomenal and the finished project looks just as promised.

Todd and his team helped repair exterior wood beams and columns, as well as repairing a portion of our roof. They worked quickly and the quality of their work was excellent. I recently had my bathroom remodeled and the kitchen bar area opened up. They did an awesome job and were very efficient. The cleanliness was also huge for me. They protected the rest of my home very well during demo and remodel. I recently had a small flood from my AC unit and STS will be here starting next week to repair the damages and replace the carpet that was in my bedroom with tile. I trust them and know that they will do another great job.

Of several general contractors, STS was the most responsive, while also being competitively priced. They worked with me on timing, problem-solving and ultimately provided a more-than-satisfactory experience. Highly recommended.

I have worked with contractors 3 different times, and this project was by far the most fun. The people were good and pleasant and it was a pleasure working with them.

5 stars!!! We would give STS Construction 10 stars if we could. We interviewed several contractors before choosing one to remodel our entire kitchen and knock out a wall to the living room. STS was professional start to finish. Quality work, stuck to our budget, itemized costs for us, worked with our schedules, communicated clearly... we will definitely refer them to everyone we know and we will use them again in the future when we are ready for our next home project. STS Construction rocks! Me and my wife used them to repair our 1st floor after we had water damage from a washing machine overflow. We interviewed a few contractors, but liked them the most. We liked the fact that they're a family business and they really seemed to care about their work. They had workers that specialized on each task versus some other companies who try to have one guy do all the work. This really helped the quality come out top notchThey were very honest and we felt comfortable leaving them in the house while we were out. All the workers were very friendly and on time. They actually ended a few days ahead of schedule and the downstairs looks like new! They did a wonderful job and we highly recommend them to anyone!

STS Construction completed the job in two days, where other companies who bid on the job estimated three to four days. 4 out of 4 stars... Steve and Todd visited to assess the job (flood related damage). Their assessment of the work, time required and the quote was very reasonably inline with what I anticipated. Communication with me throughout the work in progress was good as well as their active management of the subcontractors. Additional quotes upon my inquiry and approvals were handled professionally. Most importantly, the final product was to my expectation with little ambiguity and wherever there was, STS responded professionally at satisfying. Steve and Todd are great people to do business with.
