I could not recommend SR to a friend. I was very disappointed in their customer service. They fight you on every issue. Also, they have trouble living up to the terms of a signed contract. They made a lot of errors along the way which made the building process extremely frustrating.
There's not a lot of homes. There is only 24 but that would allow you to know of each other and know the property better. The fewer people, the more understanding will come. Security-wise it is nice. It's a small diverse community. It's a manageable community. We will be like a family.

They are not very helpful. The ones that booked what I had were missing information. I have had to use their warranty department every weekend since my house closed a month ago. All for different things. These were multiple issues that shouldn't be taking place on a brand new home.

The representative Angela Hazelary was amazing and walked through everything we needed to know for the process. When we had questions or concerns she helped us, we never felt like we were bothering her when we had questions. She had a very pleasant demeanor about her. Without Angela, we probably wouldn't have bought the house. The subcontractors and contractors, everybody we came across were amazing. I would recommend SR Homes to anyone who wants to build a home.

This is my fourth new home and second with SR. They do exceed the competition in my area in terms of finishes, warranty. Their product has a great reputation which has helped the homes appreciate in value nicely too. The staff are professional and prepared, they follow through on promises, and run an organized operation. There won't be a dozen finishers doing work the day you close like a lot of other builders.
