Based on our experience with a complex remodel, we were not pleased with Riley & Rees and would not recommend that this company be used by others looking for a remodeling/construction contractor. Customer service, communication, timeliness of work and work quality were all issues, in our opinion, during our project.

Riley and Rees did an outstanding job redoing our 37-year-old kitchen. We loved the design that Matt Evans, the architect, created. Suddenly, the kitchen went from an out-of-date embarrassment to the most enjoyable room in our house! The entire R&R experience was like a dream. Dan insisted that we could not go over budget and found ways to achieve that. The crew was professional, polite and wonderful to share our house with for six months. Paul Altier called, texted and stopped by every day.
I highly recommend R&R!

Remodeling a house is a long and stressful project. No matter how good the contractor or company may be, there are going to be issues. Quality aside (although R&R quality is amazing) the most important thing to us was their communication and resolutions on issues. I think that is probably why we enjoyed working with Dan and R&R so much.

Owner/Salesperson set expectations of superior quality, budget and schedule in a very upfront, matter of fact manner, and the team followed through with the most awesome outdoor living space, complete with quality/maintenance-free construction, stone fireplace, entertainment center, and attached hot-tub deck.

They are the best!!

They were professional and kept us up to date on the project and the timelines set. We would definitely recommend them to others. Couldn't be happier with the results.
