Salesperson Satisfaction - Renee has been fantastic throughout the entire process. There are many parts of a new construction build that can be complicated, but she explains them in a way that is easy to understand. She's willing to walk through things multiple times if needed and is very patient.
Design Consultant Satisfaction - Christy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She understood our aesthetic style and had the perfect balance between making professional recommendations to guide us when needed, but respecting anything we were really specific about or had a clear vision for what we wanted. She made sure we understood all of our pricing upgrades before we were required to sign off on anything.
Understand Building Process - Overall, yes. I don't know the exact order of some of the details but that isn't super important. Whenever I have questions, Renee has been quick to answer them. Knowing the general schedule and having multiple walk-throughs along with Renee's weekly updates ensures that I feel like I'm aware of what's happening when.
Construction Super Satisfaction - I haven't had any direct communication with the construction supervisor. He has been sick or unavailable during the meetings in which we would typically have interacted. However, I don't have any concerns about this as Renee has kept us up-to-date every week.
Construction Super Problem Resolution - So far, we haven't encountered any problems. Luckily I'm not sure what his problem resolution looks like!
Additional Comments - I am so grateful to be working specifically with Riedman for our build. Their process and procedures really provide some safeguards for their clients and that has brought a lot of comfort, particularly during a time when mortgage rates are volatile, material prices continue to increase, etc. I've always known exactly how much things will cost and am appreciative that what I sign off on is the final number -- they do not escalate charges as the market shifts. This has made it possible to plan even during unusual circumstances. Not to mention, they made the process fun and enjoyable. Going to the design studio was such a simple way to choose our interior finishes, and the guidance both on the structural and internal elements of the home from the entire team made a complex process feel manageable. I would not have wanted to build a home with another team.

If you have the time to build, I would recommend them. If you have to move right away I would not. The process has been wonderful so far.

For a solid, well-built home, I highly recommend Riedman Homes.
It was a positive experience for the most part, and my home was constructed during the height of covid. There were delays and the communications (at times) could have been better
Salesperson Satisfaction - I don't think they have done a very good-job at communicating as frequently as they should because of the delays that are being experienced as a result of Covid. I think they could have done a better job, a much better job on that part. My home was originally supposed to be finished in August, actually right about now, and I still don't have an end date on when they anticipate the construction will be completed.
Construction Super Satisfaction - He has done a very good job. He has been at the walk-throughs that I have attended thus far. He has done a good job and answered the questions that I post.
Construction Super Problem Resolution - I really have not had any problems, so I would say it is not applicable at this stage.

I am very happy with the house. We just moved in on Saturday. I am very happy with the sales representative. We dealt with Renee Tando. It took an entire year to finish the house. We put a $2500 deposit to start the building process on November 24th.

Additional Comments - Redieman delivered a a great quality home at an affordable value in a very challenging time period due to the pandemic overcoming supply chain and labor issues.
Found issues with quality of workmanship on walk through. Given unrealistic excuses for delays on build and felt Iike builder had no concern for the homeowners timelines or situation throughout the delays. Understand delays due to pandemic but there was terrible management throughout the project. Plan to warn other customers as well on social media to stay clear.
I have been extremely pleased by all aspects of my experience and have been fast to compliment all of you when talking with others.
Salesperson Satisfaction - We have all had the experience with the salesperson who is there until the sale is made and then harder to talk to. The opposite is true here. AFTER the sale was made I was repeatedly encouraged to make sure all of my needs were being met. And they were.
Design Consultant Satisfaction - Everyone warned me that this would be extremely difficult but it was not because of the help I received from the design consultant. Saying she was extremely helpful is an understatement.
Understand Building Process - The weekly communication allows me to understand what comes next. I look forward to this every week.
Construction Super Satisfaction - While I do not believe I have spoken directly with this person I also do not believe I have felt the need to do so. And if I did, based on my other experiences with the Friedman team, I am sure I would be pleased. That is the trust all of you have instilled during this process.
Construction Super Problem Resolution - I have had no problems to resolve which makes N/A the best rating to receive.

Everything is of good quality, but the customer service end is the most frustrating.
Renee is the best!
From start to finish, everything was done well and professionally. Staff is great.
Going in to this process was incredibly daunting but all of the associates made it manageable from picking our lot to all the decisions to construction now.
We would absolutely recommend Riedman to a friend! The process was clearly described to us from start to finish and there were very few surprises along the way. Riedman has proven to be a reliable and solid company to work with.
As we have not moved in yet and dealt with finishing issues it is hard to say
