Any Changes? - Lower kitchen cabinets...I'm short, but I will manage with a step stool until I'm too old to climb.

Sales Knowledge - Lori was good about explaining the steps of the sale process. As work season gets busy, communications starts to reduce.
Warranty Explanation - Your warranty schedules could improve by having your warranty person have a calendar (i pad/phone or ?) with him, so to make appts. And, make the Appts. once they are made.
Communication - Design Center and sales was great with communications. We loved Christy's knowledge and process of doing the "hard" work of design. She was absolutely wonderful. Made our process and planning of our home very simple and informative and easy to do..
Recognized Excellence - Christy is a rock star! She made the entire experience fun and stress free! She is a true asset to the Riedman team.
Additional Comments - i live in a resort like setting that was carefully designed and built.....and luckily, .it is my home.
Any Changes? - Our great room/kitchen floor was not properly engineered and has a trampolining effect. The fact that our neighbors below us can hear us walking is very disappointing.
Recognized Excellence - Teresa Carpentar is very solid employee and excellent communicator. John Holtz is always willing to help.
Additional Comments - Riedman’s ability to handle changes was very disappointing. Almost all our changes (which were significant) had to be readdressed. Many more than once.
The Residences at Canalside are a quality project, and we love our new home.
Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize Theresa Carpenter, John Holtz, Olivia and Jay for their exceptional service. Those are the four people I've had the most dealings with.
Yes I would recommend and have recommended Riedman to build a home for them, overall we are satisfied with our home even though we have small issues with the projects
Sales Knowledge - Lori was very helpful in choosing the house that we liked. She was very knowledgeable and through about the process to get our house started and worked with us all the way till the closing on the house. Lori was also very detailed on presentation and listing our pervious house to be sold. Lori is very professional and we will recommend Lori to anyone considering to build.
Construction Quality - We are satisfied with the construction of the house, the painting and trim work is excellent. There were a few minor items that needed to be taken care of after we did our final walk thru and what we noticed after a couple of weeks of living in the house. Over all the finish work was excellent.
Warranty - In the beginning complaint department was fairly responsive. I have been waiting since the middle of August to get my squeaky floors fixed and was told I would be contacted by a person to get this fixed.

Additional Comments - Everyone at Riedman has been accommodating and truly wants us to be happy with our home.
Areas For Improvement - Not sure if there are any. We have not yet moved in, so cannot truly assess conditions of the living space.
