The pump drains onto the driveway, making the driveway a constant muddy, and sometimes dangerously icy mess.
They also never returned to connect the pump to the electrical panel as promised.

Claims rep Tuesday was not professional and difficult to work with

Would gladly recommend to family, friends and neighbors.

Was told by the gentleman that came out that he would have his roofing guy call us and we never heard from them again. When insurance asked them, he said they never told us that. The guy tried calling while he was standing in our house.

Paul was amazing in getting our septic backup mess cleaned up and our finished basement back to better than it was. Very professional. Would highly recommend this company over the one our insurance company recommended.

Rainbow only did the cleanup for us

The people they hired to install the roof were sloppy. They tore up my gutter helmets. It took them a month to replace my roof.

Review of Secured Roofing by Norman L.
They promised to compensate me if I referred a friend, so I referred a friend to them and after they got the work done, they didn't pay me for the referral, so don't expect to get compensated if you refer a friend.
Review of Glass Guru of Grove City by Janelle G.
I had excellent service. The only thing I would recommend is that it be made more apparent that at the Grove City store, you need an appointment. I just happened to stop in to drop my shower door off when Trevor was there so i wasn't affected. Everyone in the whole process was very accomodating!... more
Review of Glass Guru of Gahanna by Kelly C.
We were very pleased with the service from Glass Guru, from the sales rep who visited our house and drew up the estimate to the gentleman who performed the installation service. He was professional and thorough, quickly changing out our windows.
