The pump drains onto the driveway, making the driveway a constant muddy, and sometimes dangerously icy mess.
They also never returned to connect the pump to the electrical panel as promised.

Was told by the gentleman that came out that he would have his roofing guy call us and we never heard from them again. When insurance asked them, he said they never told us that. The guy tried calling while he was standing in our house.
