Thanks to Pure Service Pro, we were dry. More than that, we felt satisfied that we made the right choice and got peace of mind.

I would definitely recommend Pure Service as we had a pleasant experience working with the entire team.
They were very communicative about what the work was going to entail. They actually got the job done a day sooner than expected so that was really great. The project manager Andre that I worked with was very thorough in terms of communication. We were not at the house and were traveling for the holidays. He was there every step of the way to communicate to us what was going on and uploading photos to the link so we could follow along and see all the progress that was made on the project.
They were very professional and speedy in their work, and they were very easy to work with.
We have used Pure Service Pro twice. Once they created a French drain and sump pump in our home basement. Now our basement is dry in spite of heavy rain and storms. We no longer need to use the shop vac. We couldn't be happier. The second time we used them was when Ida (the storm) caused major flooding to our street level office building. Again they did more than a super job cleaning up and doing mold mitigation. Andre Wheatly is so responsive that makes it a dream to work with him. In both instances he answered calls immediately and met with us whenever we asked him. Ken, the project manager for our office building job was also very responsive and clearly explained everything. Hopefully we never need to use them again, but if we do their number is highlighted on my contact list.

This was right after the flooding, and there was a miscommunication about timing, although they did give us updates. I understand the flooding would delay the service, but the cleaning was satisfactory. The only issue we had was with the billing department because they called us a few weeks later to say they charged us the incorrect amount. They said we owed them an extra 163 dollars despite paying 155 dollars already. We asked for quotes about what other companies would charge us, and we were surprised that we paid so much. It left us with a negative feeling. We are okay now after speaking with Pure Solution.
PureService Pro were readily available when we requested an estimate. We had Kenny come to our home and give us an estimate for both mold remediation and french drain. As this was our first time doing a big project for our first home, we took some time to think about it, and Kenny was kind enough to give us till end of day to make a decision and retain the discounted cost. I highly recommend Pure Service Pro. Owner Andre Wheatley runs a professional operation from start to finish. Clear communication, timely info and updates, on time practically to the minute. On site crew did careful work—my required drywall removal (water/mold) was executed with precision, and the basement was left as clean as could be.
These guys were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They quickly responded to my inquiry, came to assess what remediation was needed, got me on the calendar, and did the job in the timeframe that was given. They were very professional and friendly, and answered every question that I had along the way. They were happy to explain the process and inform me of any developments.
My experience was completely positive - all the staff were very professional from the office staff, to the project manager to the team who did the actual work. They arrived on time, protected the workspace with sheeting, did great work and left the space as clean as it was when they arrived.
