We absolutely would recommend Pendery Construction to friends, neighbors, and family. We are completely satisfied with their work from start to finish.

We requested a quote for additional work several times with no response. After we had received a quote from another supplier, Pendery submitted a quote 250% of the quote we received. If Pendery wasn't interested in doing the work we requested, fine. They should have told us. But, instead, they submitted a ridiculously high price. We trusted Todd and had we not already contacted the alternative supplier, we might have assumed Pendery was giving us a competitive price when, in fact, their quote was not even close to competitive. My sense is they didn't want the work and rather than tell us, their quote indicates they would do the work only if we paid them a substantial premium. This demonstrated indifference for the supplier-client relationship. We treated all parties with respect but what we received doesn't feel like respect. In the end, I lost my trust for Pendery and its management. When this lack of trust is married with some of the subcontractor issues, I simply cannot see myself recommending Pendery.
