Our new three season sunroom came out beautiful. The installers, Eric and Chad, did an outstanding job integrating our design. They worked fast and consulted us when their were questions or options that we needed to choose to make sure we were happy with the outcome. The only negative was the length of time that it took from when we signed the contract in May 2020 to completion in February 2021. With the pandemic and other supply problems, things were very much delayed. Many of those were beyond Patio Systems control. Their new production manager Jasmine is a joy to work with and extremely responsive. We definitely recommend Patio Systems if you are considering building a sunroom.

The work is still fine.

Had one door which, after a year, had settled so that the latch wouldn’t catch and a gap was seen between the door top and frame. Called Patio Systems and they promptly sent out a guy to shim it up as good as new - all without charge!! Very happy!!

They did a beautiful job, and it was examined by a private inspector during our first year of our home. He thought it was beautiful, and was also very impressed, along with us as well.

Excellent work no leaks should have done it sooner

I love my new room, it's now my favorite room in the house. I spend my mornings and evenings in the new room and so does my cat. It is like being outside only you don't get chewed up by bugs. I highly recommend Patio Systems!

You still have not fixed the rubber weather guard at bottom of door. That makes it hard to close properly.

The quality is great and except for one new subcontractor that had to be replaced, the construction was timely. The finished product is great and has added real value to our home.

They did a good quality job, we are happy with the overall job. It did take a while to complete.

I am very satisfied except that I still have a leak when it rains. They have been out several times trying to fix this and its still not taken care of.

Professional, honest company

We are very pleased with our three season porch screens and plastic panels.

I've had the porch system long enough now to see it thru a couple of seasons. I continue to be very pleased with the system. Washing the windows is a bit more of a hassle than I'd like it to be, since each panel has to be removed for washing. But the track system seems to work very well to make taking them in and out relatively easy. Can't think of anything I'd do differently at this point.

Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the Sun Room product he proposed and the service he gave during our "purchasing" period. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is; 1) there was a quality control problem with two of the large windows (see #7): 2) there was a quality control problem with one of the window latches (see #7): 3) The final esthetic appearance of the roof needs to be improved (see #7). The installers were very efficient. The overall quality of the product and the installation was highly satisfactory.

Patio Systems has installed awnings for us at two homes and in each case did a good job before and during installation, and provided good follow-up service if needed.

Patio systems did excellent work.

I have seen a good number of screened-in porches. All looked relatively the same in quality and construction. Not overly impressed. At the top of my list of gripes was the fact that the contractors filled the void between the house’s siding and the screen frame with foam rubber. Bugs still get in and the foam will, over time, decompose. I also wanted to remove visual obstructions posed by non-supporting columns and railings. I asked 3 companies for bids. All sent representatives out to the site. All said they could do what was asked. In PATIO SYSTEMS case, they brought along product samples, and their PRO to evaluate roof and support construction. I subsequently visited their Lewes showroom. I learned that not all screened porch products are created equal. Their products are made with thicker gauge aluminum. The frames and door are more substantial than anything I saw before. Plus, I learned that they routinely cut the house siding and recess the aluminum frame. No chance of bugs. The other 2 contractors never followed up, despite my repeated phone calls. I suspect they were looking for a quick "in-and-out" job. Patio Systems was not the cheapest, but I always believed you get what you pay for. I'm a perfectionist. There is only one way to do something. Anything less is unacceptable. It's a curse. PATIO SYSTEMS pleased me in every respect.

Due to having our awning installed in November, we have not used it to judge its effectiveness. However, we are extremely pleased with the appearance and quality of the awning. Looking forward to using our awning in the warmer months to further enjoy our deck. After less than a year, we noticed a run in the owning and it starting to unravel. We went to Patio Systems to let them know. All we had to do was send them a picture of the run and it was approved to have it repaired. Everything was done efficiently and we are pleased with the outcome. Patio Systems is professional and we would highly recommend them.
