The people who did the work were very, very nice. They could not have been nicer or more cooperative. It was a very difficult job and I give them a lot of credit for doing what they had to down there in our basement.

outrageous cost. almost twice what other companys charge. Either that or they have charged me for a heating/cooling unit instead of a simple air conditioner. I found out belatedly that $9,000 was far too much
