I do not know how to answer that because our experience, in the beginning, was difficult but in the end, I think they did a good job to fix it.
Although our job went a bit awry, I feel that Dave Jensen did a great job following up with our issues and putting a plan in place to correct them.

We hired McKinnis to repair/side the dormers on 3 sides of the house. We asked McKinnis if we should put new gutters on before or after the dormers were done. McKinnis advised us to put the new gutters on before the work was done to the dormers that they have ladders to not touch the new gutters. The work on the dormers were GREAT but the gutters on 3 sides of the house were smashed in. We were Very disappointed in this since we followed McKinnis advise on putting the gutters on before the repair to the dormers.
They have always been very good with any problems we have had whenever we have called them for roofing issues!

I gave them the highest approval for the work on the roof. It was excellent and on time. When it came to the renovation inside of the home, we have been torn up for weeks and haven't been contacted by the supervisor who is suppose to put our house back together. I am very unhappy with that part.

I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs assistance, whether it be roofing, siding, or window replacement. Brad Lippencott really did a great job presenting to our insurance company and working with them.
