They are so busy, it is hard for them to get to you in a timely manner. In all fairness, we had an incredible amount of hail right over our area.

We had issues with them from our past projects. They did excellent work on our siding and roofing and resolved all our issues.

I only saw one person I could talk to while my roof was being replaced. That was at the beginning of the job. It would have been to talk to someone after it was done. I think that would save McKinnis and the customer time when the job was over.
