I’ve had more correspondence from McKinnis to take a survey than I did the 2 years I was waiting for roof to be installed.

The sales person was very professional, explained the process so I understood how it would proceed. The installation was smooth and they did an excellent job of clean-up. I am very pleased with McKinnis and my new roof and gutters.

I had my roof replaced by McKinnis in 2018 and the process seemed to flow much more smoothly then. I felt communication was lacking and I think my advisor was switched two or three times. Just didn't feel as comfortable with the company this time around.

We like that they are a hometown company that is not going anywhere.

We had several representatives throughout our tenure with McKinnis and were told by all that our house would be painted. At the time of scheduling painters, we were then told that our home would not be painted only touched up per what insurance was paying for. So I had to escalate our issue to a McKinnis manager to ensure that what was communicated to us by all of our reps was actually what was happening. They were able to resolve our issue once it was escalated.

Everything went very smoothly during the whole process from getting the bid, answering any questions we had to the actual work. They even had great weather for the work but I doubt they could take credit for that.

I'm always recommending McKinnis to friends or anyone I hear that needs to have work done on their home. This is the 2nd time I have had them do storm repairs on my home.

The company does metal and not everything to complete the damage house needs. I had 3 houses that I trust your company with and I was so disappointed. It also took 1 year to get my jobs done. You are short staff and used a third party company. The third party company communicated with me much better than McKinnis people. Very UNHAPPY.

The guys at McKinnis Roofing and Sheet Metal are really good. They took care of me in a timely manner.

They handled everything with my insurance company. They actually went back and forth with them for a couple of months because my shingles are not available any longer and insurance kept insisting the roof could just be repaired.

None of the guys who worked on my house spoke English, so I had to phone or text supervisors to communicate. This was a significant problem.
We received a heavy rain right after the new roof was installed and had a leak. Time will tell if that has been resolved.
