Do not use them. Over priced. Worst communication. Installers broke daughters glass figures and did not say any thing. Sales feels was mis leading. Office said one thing installer told another. Sales brag about that microband technology installer did not know said it was basic acrylic. They can not give you break down price of labor and materials or they would have to charge for time and taxes to get that cost it would cost another 5k

I did run into some issues.

I like the product itself very well and I like how it was presented to me. That is why I went with them.

I'm very disappointed. People did not finish the job, and I told the people to come and finish, or else I would not pay them. I am going to see a lawyer and sue them. I demand money back in my account. I'm very disappointed. They left it. They had to take parts out, so they could install stuff. They did not decorate anything. They said they don't decorate--they don't do this, and they don't do that. It looks awful

They did not come when they were supposed to come for the initial install. I had no water so they had to come back out and turn the water back on.

The tub is fine, but the workers were so hard to deal with - poor communications, lack of follow-up

Matrix Bath Systems did a great job in a timely fashion and were very professional. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it.

Price was fair and the product was good quality.

I would not recommend Matrix Bath Systems. The company is a cheat. All of the materials were not brand name. The used the cheapest materials. What they promised was not delivered. I would not even recommend them to my cats.

They did a great job. It was done in one day and it looks very nice.

Matrix Bath Systems refused to finish the job and has not followed up with me. They knocked the floor out and did not clean up under my home. The salesperson did not relay my concerns before the job was started. I still have a soft spot on my floor. I was told I would receive a gift card after my review, and I have yet to receive it. I bought a few fixtures after being told I could use them for the installation, but I had to put in an additional request for the installation crew to do it. Additionally, the color of the sealer does not match the rest of the remodel.
