First thing I was promised that I would not have to deal with making calls to my insurance! Not true! I had to make over a dozen calls. So many I lost count. There were 2 samples taken of my siding just to have insurance not accept my claim for full replacement after being promised that they would have no choice but to accept it because color would not be able to be matched. Another lie! Insurance only want to change certain parts of my houses siding. Legacy should have known this would happen. Communication was absolutely terrible. I went weeks without hearing from Legacy with updates even when I would reach out to them!
The actual process ended up being nothing like described initially
I wouldn't recommend to anyone because I was told that I would have no out of pocket expenses but the deductible but I ended up owing $1233 and change after all was said and done. who would recommend anyone who lies.
The assigning of a new Project Manager in the middle of the project could have been handled smoother. There were changes that were not passed onto the new Manager and caused errors and confusion later.

It was a good company and they did what they said they would do. They did a good job and fixed a couple of things. They were fine.
There was a long delay between the roof completion and gutters being added. I got lost in the shuffle. While it wasn't a huge inconvenience to me, others may be more irritated.

The thing I didn't like about the company was that I had asked for a porta-potty because I had seen many neighbors who got their roofs done recently, and the workers were just using the bathroom in their yards. I did not want that. They delivered the porta-potty, it rained for two days, and the workers didn't come and work. They took away the porta-potty before the workers were done. I looked out of my window one day and saw one of the workers urinating in my yard. I didn't like that.
I had been through a lot of agencies because we suffered with the insurance for over three years.
I had about five different restoration companies come out, but they never did the job.
Legacy came in, and within weeks, we got it to go through insurance, and they had the work done. They had our checks to us and everything. Legacy Restoration went above and beyond! I don't know how to thank them enough. I don't think I would have got it done if it wasn't for them.
I had a great experience with Legacy; they were thorough and communicative and did excellent work.
The group that was supposed to replace the roof did the replacement absolutely unprofessionally . They had to come a second time to open the first three rows of the roof and replace them , and I am not sure if all of this was done properly before a possible ice damage .

They were very reliable with getting back to me and with their customer service. They got back to me right away during the process. I had a follow-up issue that they came right out to discuss. They had good follow-up and communication.
Legacy Restoration did a good job. I just have to get up in my attic to see a couple of things I'm questioning right now. I need to see what they did in my attic. Other than that, everything looks good.
