We love our Core tech Luxury Plank flooring. Josh in the Traverse City store couldn't have been more helpful and professional. JC was the perfect floor installer. He works so fast and has an amazing pride in his workmanship, you don't often see that today. A truly great experience.

Our sales agent, AJ was great to work with, at the show room and in our home, from helpful suggestions to providing samples for comparisons with our home decor. Heath, who came to measure for the carpet and other flooring was also very helpful with suggestions and accurate layout designs. Our installers, Dave and his crew were the best I've seen. Everything, carpet and linoleum were tightly fitted in the best possible way. No need for additional trim or alterations to compensate for changes within the house. They were very efficient and cleaned up everything as they went along. Could not be happier with the entire experience with Kiss Carpet.
Jeff at Kiss Carpet was very helpful and easy to work with. The manufacturer of the carpet that I originally chose had delivery delays due to Covid, and had also increased their shipping costs (from CA). Therefore, Jeff helped me chose a similar wool carpet from a different manufacturer — and sent me photos of the new options (since I was not in HS). The installers did an excellent job installing the carpet on the stairs, which requires extra skill and care.
It was so easy, I used their online room flooring simulator and actually picked out something I don’t think I would have picked without it. Our salesman Josh treated us to 5 star service. He helped with samples, Schd. our installment, kept in touch and did a follow up with us. Highly recommend him and the virtual simulator. Our installers show up right on time and had our project perfectly completed sooner than I thought with a helpful, friendly attitude. Highly recommend Josh and the team at Kiss Carpet. Clean - The installers were very friendly, knowledgeable and left the room very clean when finished.

Communication - We purchased the carpet nine months before we wanted installation. During that time we were periodically contracted confirming our schedule.
Quality Of Materials - We have purchased similar carpeting from Kiss Carpet and had outstanding results. That was the reason for this purchase.
Quality Of Workmanship - There were some real challenges regarding the installation. David, our installer did an excellent job.
Problem Resolution - We didn’t have any problems, but given their great service I can only assume problems would be expertly resolved.

I highly recommend Gary for installation. He did a fabulous job. Extremely polite. Ran into a few problems and he did not hesitate to take care of them. Cara was also very professional. Appreciate her help in helping me pick out carpet. I now have a very plush bathroom. I will definitely use both Gary and Cara for my next project.

Recognized Excellence - Jeff Ingles, who was working with us through the whole planning phase, was very helpful--especially at the onset of the COVID thing when we had to do a lot of changing of arrangements of things. I felt he went the extra mile, and we were happy with getting everything to happen, even as things were changing with rules and such.
Safe - They willingly wore face masks.
Respectful - They were very careful with our antique furniture and considered the best way to do the job with the least amount of moving.
Communication - They were in contact to let us know when they would be there. We were updated on the day we were scheduled. We were contacted after the workmen left to make sure we were happy.
Quality Of Workmanship - I checked several times while they were working. I was very happy with the direction they laid the carpet and finished the seams.
Schedule - We did have a delay because of Covid19. They kept in contact, and were at the house as arranged when the governor lifted restrictions.
