JRC has realistic allowances which help you stay within budget. Many builders will give you a low cost to build but have unrealistic allowances which cause stress and headaches due to unexpected costs. It was such a smooth experience for us to build with Jim Roberts. Him and his team are amazing.

Additional Comments - There are plenty of contractors that shouldn't be trusted, I think Jim does a very good quality job and he is honest. He did a great job managing expectations throughout and managing the timeline.
