The only thing I can say is that they need to communicate between their departments because I had people show up at my house when I never knew they were coming. Then someone would call me to tell me someone was coming out about something that was already done so they need to communicate more between departments.
Not sure. I did not have a good intallation-project experience.
The process took a year and communication was lacking. I often had to call multiple times before I received a response. When I was able to reach a manager to aide with issues that arose, I was sent a belittling and disingenuous email. It was determined we needed 4 batteries for our usage but offered 2 or to be put back on the waiting list. We took the two because it had been early a year and now the batteries at full capacity will not power our house overnight.
When I spoke with our salesperson about my solar system my understanding was that I would get a 26% refund on my taxes once I file them. This turned out to be the case only when taxes are owe, not when you do not owe any taxes. I was expecting a refund check to put towards my loan and that will not happen. I feel deceived and the salesperson made false claims during the sale to make a sale. I am extremely unhappy with the outcome. I would like a follow up on whether my bill is going up at this time. Please follow up with me to let me know. I am lost and I am not sure what is happening.
They were thorough and helpful. They walked me through every step of the way.
My tree was butchered, I decidded to go ahead with the process. On the days of installation I had requested that the weather stripping be done at the same time and was told that could be arranged. Then when it came to that day it did not happen. Two weeks later still nothing. On the day of install I was supposed to also get the rest of my light bulbs nothing yet. The only reason I said 4 stars was because of the install team. Very informative and very polite.
It took a little while due to PG&E process. You got it done and I received my rebate. Well done.
Infinity is a giant mess. Nice people, but company grew too fast and the several months of my install were a disaster from a customer service standpoint.
It's better to own the contract than to lease it. Also, the contracts are too long.
It was very hard to contact Infinity Energy when I had questions. I was directed to a portal, and at my age, that is not sufficient.
They exceeded all my expectations!
My bill has come down a little.
They were very good and worked with me on the project.
Before you buy solar panels, make sure you research it very well.
The Infinity Energy salesperson was very open and explained everything to us. He let us know what we'd need for our size of house and power. The actual construction was done in a day. It took about four hours. It was really good stuff.
They are good, but they could do a little better.
I have never recieved a bill from them, I have only recieved statements.
Overall, I was very happy with Infinity Energy's service.
The service panels went up fast but it wasn't as advertised. I am paying for a device on my breaker to show the output versus usage that they advertise and I can't use it. After, going back and forth between Infinity and Synova, I was told that my breaker box was too small. All of this should have been communicated to me, but it wasn't. I generated energy for PGE for a month before I could use it.
Excellent communication exceptionally fast install, and great quality of work.
The salesperson told us that it wouldn't be expensive, but the bill is very expensive. He told us to contact someone, but we don't know who to contact to answer my questions.
There were a few things that they did not clearly describe.
Initially, they were easy to contact during the sale of the product, but once the product was on my roof I could not contact the salesperson.
The personnel is friendly and they returned calls!
Our job was handled very unprofessionally with many mistakes, but they went above and beyond to fix the mistakes and made us happy in the end.
