Guttershell of New England was professional, accommodating, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Steve, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the product. He had the materials on site during the presentation. I was able to feel and choose from many different options. I needed to have my installation sooner, and they were accommodating to my schedule. The installation crew did not even drop a screw! The job site was clean and tidy. It was an outstanding experience!

The two representatives from Gutter Shell arrived on the day they were scheduled to come to put up the gutter shells. They called the day before and arrived at the time they gave me the the day before. I have a small house and they finished all their work ; cleaning the gutters and installing the gutter shells within an hour. My house is a small ranch so that is the reason they were finished in such a short time.

I emailed pictures of the work site with all the damaged plants. The work was done very, very quickly and now there are bubbles and peeling of the paint. I emailed again but never got a response from you. They spent less than two days on the job and it was a man and his father and mother.
