This was a top notch company to work with. I also think you pay a premium for it but to us it was worth it. Most of the workers were very conscientious about quality of work, interruptions, delays, intrusions, garbage, etc.

We have been very pleased with our whole experience. The work was consistent and we really appreciated the contact from the management as to progress and what was going to be done. They kept us very well updated pretty much on a day-to-day basis.

We’ve had such a great experience with them, they are now doing a 4th project for us! Lisa C. Has a great eye for detail and knows exactly what we want. If you give her an idea, she will make it come to fruition.

Additional Comments - Cynthia has been terrific in listening to our ideas and dream of what we hope to have in our kitchen design. She kept us always in the know of what would be good or bad and she helped us navigate through things in a kitchen I would have missed over. The team makes you feel like you are their only client by completely focusing on you during your appointments. From the first meeting and through all the design meetings, we felt very listened to. So much so that new designs/suggestions we didn't even think of were introduced to us and will provide specially curated features to our home. I trust Gridley completely as their business is organized and incredibly efficient. I have just finished the design stage of my project and my designer was extremely helpful in providing design options in all areas including layout, materials, and finishes.

This was our third “remodel” experience with Gridley Company. For the most part the project went as planned. As with any major remodel, there were a few bumps along the way, but overall I am extremely satisfied with the results.

I love the Gridley team! They treated our project like they were building their own addition. When it was done, they felt like family.

Gridley surpassed our expectations in every aspect of our master suite remodel. We feel like we are in a 5 star hotel EVERY NIGHT! Phase 2 is starting in July and phases 3 and 4 are next, all with Gridley.

Additional Comments - The direct Gridley employees have been extremely competent, reliable, and friendly. The project manager kept in constant touch with us throughout the course of the project -- in person, on the phone, or via email. As would be expected, there were a few changes that needed to be addressed along the way; the Gridley team got together to discuss the larger issues and consistently responded with effective solutions. We're nearly finished with our remodeling project at this point, and are more than satisfied with the overall workmanship. We are confident that, should the need arise, we will be afforded the same high level of support even after the workers have left. We are very happy that we chose Gridley -- two enthusiastic thumbs up!
