Our experience was excellent we have a 100 year old plus farmhouse the basement walls are 2ft thick cobblestone and yes we will get mice as does any old country home as we approached retirement this is where we wanted to retire so it doesn’t pay to renovate unless we start with the basement well after 3 years of talking to contractors ect , phone hangups and no shows we decided to call Basten well they didn’t blink most knowledgeable people I talked to the scope of project didn’t deter them one bit skip trowl inside basement walls, new slab and drain tile, sump pump, pit and pump for washer dryer hookup new 50 gal water heater, new pressure tank and switch and gauge new install toilet and sink cut out and remove old sistern install window and 2 doors, straighten a wall and more before and after pictures are amazing excellent job Basten especially Matt and Denise thank you
