In addition, GPJ Construction can facilitate design support, preliminary budgeting, resource and logistics planning, scope management, project scheduling, project administration, supervision and quality control management.
Our specialties include: construction rehabs, franchise construction, interior build outs, health care and ground-up construction of new buildings. STAY FAR AWAY! They will take your money then leave your project mid-way and house in shambles. Almost $200k and completely stranded.
They drain the money out of you via the use of change orders...every little item will be a change order and once they make enough of a margin the workers simply came and started packing up their stuff...What a shame.

I called over 5 companies, and GPJ was the first company that was very professional, but also made me feel confident that they could get what I wanted done. They had a sense of urgency, and went above and beyond in order to schedule me as soon as possible. My experience is that they really have been understanding and attentive of my needs as a customer. They made me feel comfortable and confident within the first few days of starting the project. They paid great attention to detail, and I want people to know that this company, above all others I called, took my job very seriously from day one. This is why I chose GPJ Construction. Giuseppe had an extraordinary level of professionalism, and was extremely personable with me. GPJ construction is highly effective at what they do. They are efficient communicators, manage my expectations properly, and adhered to our budget and quality control. They take care of the project the way that I would. They are the most competent company in the area. And unlike others in the industry, I have greatly enjoyed working with them and can count on their ability to deliver a solution with my interest in line.
