I texted Frédéric Co because a piece of siding over my front porch had come loose and I don't trust myself on a ladder anymore. They texted back immediately and said they could send someone over right away. Within, I am not kidding, two minutes, Grant Frédéric was at my door. He climbed up, snapped the siding back into place, and would take nothing for his effort. I much appreciate his kindness. I do believe it's the best customer service I have ever experienced. You can bet, Frédéric Co. will be at the top of my call list next time I need work done on my house.

We were pleased with Frederic's work. The scheduling, the workers, amount of time to complete the job - all very good. However, the gutter guards have not been properly installed and there was damage to the yard by the truck that delivered the shingles. Every time I contacted Frederick Roofing they got back to me immediately and always showed up on time or a little early. I am very impressed with this respect of my needs. The sales people were very knowledgable and answered all my questions in a helpful way. The roofers left my grounds spotless - I only found a couple of nails. They were very thorough. All this leads me to believe they will be that respectful and thorough should I ever have a roofing issue during the term of the warranty.

They are great. It was very easy. They truly will fix a problem or replace the whole roof, and not many people do that.
