They were timely, very professional, and had stellar communication. They checked in at the beginning to make sure of everything and then again at the end to verify that we were satisfied and that the job was done right.

Communication was poor. Never met anyone other than the sales person. Never met project manager at any point. Nobody spoke English on job site so I could not talk to anybody. They came two days after to install chimney flashing but nobody told me that. The roofing job itself was done via a third party roofer. Clean up was not satisfactory. Ledt dumpster in driveway two days after completion.

I was very please with the professional manner Frederic completed the job. They made suggestions for upgrades. One I took and the other I did not, but never felt I was being 'sold'.

The new guttering installation also went very well and has corrected several leak problems we had between the guttering and the fascia board. We chose the Certainteed XT25 shingles in Weathered Wood and are very happy with the appearance.
