I texted Frédéric Co because a piece of siding over my front porch had come loose and I don't trust myself on a ladder anymore. They texted back immediately and said they could send someone over right away. Within, I am not kidding, two minutes, Grant Frédéric was at my door. He climbed up, snapped the siding back into place, and would take nothing for his effort. I much appreciate his kindness. I do believe it's the best customer service I have ever experienced. You can bet, Frédéric Co. will be at the top of my call list next time I need work done on my house.

We were pleased with Frederic's work. The scheduling, the workers, amount of time to complete the job - all very good. However, the gutter guards have not been properly installed and there was damage to the yard by the truck that delivered the shingles. Gary promised to take care of these issues - but nothing has been done.
