First, we wanted to let you know our thoughts and prayers go out to those that have been impacted by the virus and we pray for a speedy recovery to health. We realize that fear is the biggest enemy to our peace of mind, we pray for peace for all and to be encouraged, not fearful.
We at Coach House Garages want you to know that we are open for business and still building high-quality buildings. We also want you to know that we are taking all the recommendations by the CDC seriously to protect your health and that of our employees. Our sales design consultants will not visit your home if they have symptoms of COVID-19. We are taking every precaution to keep you and your family safe.
In return, we ask that if you are experiencing symptoms of this virus to not schedule an appointment until you are symptom-free. Additionally, if you have an upcoming on-site appointment scheduled with one of our design consultants and you are feeling ill, please plan to reschedule that appointment for a future date. IF you have patience, then you will receive a quality garage. However, this is not a one shop constructs all, but has several subcontractors. As said, if have months to wait, then highly recommend.

The garage I had built is a very well built and attractive garage. Unfortunately I could not get it in the color of siding I wanted. I knew it would not be exact, but what I received was a lot different than I anticipated. I did bring this up, but was told I signed off on it, and it's a little late to do anything about it now. I was at work when this was built so I couldn't have brought it up. I'm not sure but I think it has the wrong style shingles too but didn't see a point in bringing this up because I was expecting the same answer on this as well. I know they are different because 5 of them blew off in a wind storm a week after construction. I sent a text message asking what the warranty was and got a copy of the warranty in the mail.
The guys who did the concrete did a great job on the concrete but left ruts in the neighbors yard and left mine an eyesore. I asked them if they could try to fill the rut in the neighbors yard but just threw dirt clods in the hole.
I paid $46000 for this garage so do you think I'm 100% happy?

Our garage has been finished for about a month now. While start delays were unfortunate (due to covid related issues, securing materials) the overall experience was great! Our sales rep, Michael, was responsive along the way, and was able to work with the manufacturer of the siding to match our house. I can’t say enough about the foundation and installation crews! They were awesome and very professional, and did not get put off by my questions as they were working. My only wish was that CH Garages could be a true turn-key solution: including gutters, electrical, insulation and drywall.

Pleasant experience with salesman, Greg Smith, he was factual and answered all of our question. We had shopped around for a building and after Greg's sales meeting, we purchased on the spot. There were some hic ups along the way but that's expected when the weather doesn't cooperate. Turned out as Greg predicted, a great building and good looking, too!
