The roof and foundation of my house needs to be fixed. If I get the roof done first because it is leaking, will it be affected when the foundation is fixed?

Agreeing with most of the other comments here, we would suggest fixing the roof first to correct any water issues that may stem from it (i.e. ponding water near foundation, etc.) as well as gutter rep ... read more
