Chance Leigh Custom Homes builds homes in Central Texas working with clients through the entire homebuilding process. We take a hands on approach by being on site everyday, we have a stable list of reliable subcontractors, and we are one of the few custom builders to offer in house construction financing. We build energy efficient homes that are engineered for low energy bills and include mechanicals built to last. All of our homes are HERZ rated with blower door and duct blaster tests on each home.

We use Culligan for our house and they install.  Hiring a plumber is not necessary.
