Rytech was assigned by my insurance following an HVAC flood in the attic on a Wednesday. By the end of Wednesday, my AC was repaired, insurance contacted, and it was ready for Rytech for dry out. Despite this, Rytech didn't arrive until Saturday. They deemed it a category 1 loss and everything flowed from this (insurance said it was at least category 2). They declared it done by Tuesday, but independent testing revealed the house was still wet. The work had been done without appropriate containment or draping, and did not result in a dry house. I'm not sure how any reasonable person could be satisfied by this work.
How can you make it right? Pay for the 3 weeks of me being displaced from my home while a subsequent company had to clean up your mess. Pet boarding, the whole nine yards. I am still stunned my insurance paid for this work,
Rytech was extremely professional. They came on time and walked me through the process. They communicated well.
Overall, they gave great service.
Rytech provided fast and courteous service.
The guys who came out did a wonderful job.
I have already recommended Rytech. I think they are professional and, like the hometown boys I have known all my life, straight shooters; that's why I like them.
