After purchasing a new pool from a different company and receiving sub-par service, I went to Central IA Pool & Spa for help. Paige was phenomenal. She took her time explaining all of the chemicals I needed, when to use them and why. She even wrote it down for me, step by step. We’re enjoying our pool now with peace of mind after Paige’s help. Everyone in the store was very friendly and I look forward to doing business for years down the road with Central IA Pool & Spa.
After using other pool company’s in the metro area we found Central Iowa pool and Spa. From closing my pool in the winter to testing my water during the COVID 19 pandemic. Central Iowa pool and Spa has been there for me always friendly and helpful.
Mario & his team went above and beyond for us yesterday when they relocated our hot tub from southern IA to Des Moines! In freezing weather, they did everything necessary to get the tub up & running. We’ve had a pool & now the hot tub from CIPS and would recommend them wholeheartedly. This type of service you rarely see anymore.
I love my pool store! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve been a customer for the past 3 years. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful everytime I need help maintaining my pool. They always know exactly which products I need to purchase to fix my pools chemistry.

The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
