Alan Cannon provided prompt service when we contacted him about windows. He was very knowledgeable about his product and explained the features to us very well. He provided us with nearby addresses of some of their installations so we could compare trim colors. When it was about two weeks before the windows were to be installed, Alan was very considerate in calling us several times to keep us updated on the projected installation date.
