I think they were outstanding and their level of confidence as a professional is great. I am an interior designer and I call them if I have any questions or concerns with my clients. They come in and solve the problems time and time again. I have a lot of new and expensive product and my clients have confidence on me to take care of their marble. It just shows how much confidence I have in their service and abilities.
While I don't have any specific complaints about the work - my fireplaces were not in the best of condition - I did think the price was rather expensive for both the level of restoration received, as well as the hours spent working on the project. For example, $2300 for approximately 5 hours of work didn't meet my expectations. For the price, I anticipated at least a full day of work. The customer service I experienced planning the project was fantastic and the communication was generally excellent. Paul and Melissa were both very nice people to work with, and the team on site were polite and professional. I do, however, wish the cost of the job aligned more with the work (and time that I felt was put in.
We ended up not having Boston Stone Restoration do any work as they discovered our need was more extensive and required a contractor instead. However, they were very responsive to me, timely, professional. I had an issue with the limestone shower and they quickly determined the issue was not something that Boston Stone Restoration could address or resolve.
Great service and product, my marble counters look absolutely brand new...so happy!
