To anyone that's questioning whether to do their bathroom or not Bath Planet is the first people that I would call. From beginning to end it was easy to do and all of my questions were answered.

What kind of insulation is needed in the attic of my 2-story brick town house so that the 2nd floor bedrooms are as cool as the basement and 1st floor?

R-49 also ventilation is very important to have soffit vent as well as roof vent to keep the attic cool and dry.
