I love my home. It is well built. There are some little issues inside that we will get to, but I have a beautiful kitchen, open floor plan, and it has great feng shui! The only thing that I don't like because I am a cook is the pantry being small, but the sacrifice is that I have the best kitchen in all these homes. I got exactly what I was looking for at the time. I am very satisfied.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The personal touch and personal relationship was greatly appreciated. I really feel they care about their customers and stand behind their product. They essentially "held our hands" along the way which we appreciated. They were patient and always willing to meet with us and answer questions. The experience with Benchmark and our last home (built by a mass production builder) was like night and day. We were also very glad to be able to make some custom choices. We are pleased with the look of our home which reflects our personality. Faith, Steve, and Mark were awesome!

Employees & Subcontractors - My observations have been that their contractors are above average and we've had no problem with our property Barbara Glore and Marla Flynn both have been exceptional. They went above and beyond in making everything happen.
