They were not willing to change certain things, though they were able to be changed.
The whole team treated me very well and kept me informed and updated with progress of my home.
They have great customer service.
They have been very helpful and informative.
The home was beautifully constructed, We loved the open floor plan, and upgraded touches thruout the House. Arched doorways, rounded corners, and a really nice use of ceramic tile thruout.
Easy to work with, the construction manager's attentiveness to detail was very strong, The representative was also very attentive to our needs and questions.
The home is incredibly well built. Todd did a fantastic job. The sales job and partnership by Albert was incredible as well. Both gentlemen are the sole reasons why we were able to get over the finish line and close on 1225. We couldn't highlight enough how impressed we were by both of these men.
Sales Knowledge - Albert is the reason we decided on Meyer Ranch. He was an incredible representative of Bella Vista. Communicated often, helped create solutions, answered all questions etc. His people skills are off the charts and his professionalism is unlike any other we've seen in our month+ of looking at home purchasing opportunities. Honestly - Albert deserves an A+ in terms of convincing sales skills, making my fiance and myself feel educated and comfortable, and being a friendly support during what is typically a stressful process (home buying).
I already have invited three people I recently talked to. It was all because of Roland. Roland Adams, the home builder agent who helped me out with the process was very knowledgeable, thorough, and had my best interests first and not his own. I trusted them and they did a great job. They were easy to work with.
We really like the floor plans. They really do accommodate a large family. The customer service provided to us by Bella Vista Homes was excellent, so that was a plus on top of the great floor plans.
The service has been impeccable. We have had nothing but good experiences.
They were friendly, informative, and helpful.
Is there a 10-star rating because that's what I would rate Bella Vista Homes!
The staff is friendly and knowledgable.
My representative, Cassidy, was very educational, thorough, patient, and updated me with statuses. Her customer service was beyond amazing!
I understand that COVID has impacted everything negatively, that being said some things were missed that should not have been. First and foremost was the refrigerator. As part of the purchase incentive, I opted to get a refrigerator. I was told up until the day prior to closing that I would receive one. On the day prior to closing I was told that one was not available. This put me in an even tighter place financially than was already caused by the builder telling me to expect the home to be completed in early July. I was informed way, way too late in the game about major issues. It should be understood by the builder that peoples livelihoods are in play when moving their home/families from one place to another. In my case, making the verbal commitment to finishing the home was done after I gave the context of needing to give a 60 day notice to vacate my apartment and asking about it. I was told to expect early July and therefore put in my notice to vacate 60 days in advance. Then, come about a week or two prior to the initial verbal commitment date I was notified that the building contractor had COVID and was behind schedule. Since the builders refused to ensure they followed CDC guidelines, this was inevitable and Bella Vista not being strict about enforcing workplace safety practices recommended by the CDC caused this. I quickly asked my previous landlord to let me stay in my apartment for an additional month while I waited for the house to be completed, but of course, they had already rented the place out. I was able to find only ONE Air BNB that would take me and my dogs for the month that the house was delayed. This was extremely frustrating. I understand a contract is a contract and therefore I have no recourse against Bella Vista about this but it is a very poor judgement call to make promises you know will fail because you know your company is not enforcing CDC guidelines on workplace safety during COVID. Your general contractor/manager did not wear his mask while in my home during inspections which not only jeopardizes your continued operations/building but puts myself and my loved ones in immediate danger as you made me well aware that the month long delay was due to COVID. As for the refrigerator, I asked several times while at the Title company why the paperwork and disclosures did not reflect the refrigerator being left out and how that would be rectified. The title company reached out to Bella Vista who said it was fine because rather than reflecting it in the documents I was signing, the money was going to be issued to my realtor in the form of an additional bonus. OBVIOUSLY that will not work because that becomes a tax issue at the end of the year for them and for me. But even though I addressed it at the title company, I was told to continue signing. There were other small things that were issues with the home like the electrical wiring for my thermostat being cut open and showing exposed copper wiring in my wall. Coaxial cable lines not being hooked up in the walls. The yard being more than half dead. All of that aside I realize that the builder's representative, Cassidy, was doing the best that she could with what she had available to her. I realize that she is the brand's ambassador and wants to provide the best possible experience, even in the worst of times and overall she did very well to address and quickly resolve issues I discovered as they came up. She was very helpful throughout the process but at times unreachable, I assume, due to sheer exhaustion from COVID setting the whole operation behind by about 4 weeks. Which is total understandable. The finance company that helped me throughout the process was always reachable or would return my call within minutes of me leaving a voicemail. They were quick, efficient, accurate and ensured my interests were at heart throughout the entire process. They get a 10/10 for service. To quantify Bella Vista's performance, I would say 7/10 without taking the lack of enforcement of CDC guidelines into consideration.
Friendly at first but as the building process started they weren’t anymore. Structure was not well done and it was just fine in their eyes. Overall quality and service was not good.
Bella Vista homes are beautiful. Our sales rep was wonderful, the lender was accommodating. The repairs that have failed to be completed before/upon move in is extremely disappointing.
This is the third house we've bought, and the second new build, and it was the best experience yet.
Absolutely I’ll recommend Bella Vista Homes to everyone based on the company’s history, quality, once and most importantly their Teams professionalisms and attention to detail was beyond reproach
Bella Vista Homes did a great job utilizing the space that was available. They also paid excellent attention to detail.
There were a number of things I found that were sub par on the build quality. The Lawn is extremely uneven and i cannot walk in it without fear of twisting an ankle. I am still waiting for my stainless steel dishwasher that has been on back order for 9 months. My front yard flower bed is not square or even with the house or walkway. When i did my inspection we found that the sink was clogged. It was reported to my contractor Alan that it was fixed but there were several large rocks in my pipes in the floor and we had to cut the drywall, cut the pipes and use a vacuum to remove the rocks. The tile in all 3 of my showers is not consistent. I paid extra for a 6" band and all three showers the band ends in different places. my fence has large holes under it. I will have to build up the bottom of the fence before i can let my dog play in the yard. The tank less water heater is terrible and does not make hot water. Ceiling fan in living room is not centered in the room. Many of the vents are not square.Dining room light was not centered in the room. i already came out of pocket to repair that. House build was 7 week late from original closing date. Trees in backyard were not properly cut back from the house. cabinet under the stove top does not close all the way. When i signed they said there would be a pool in the community. There is no pool. The only reason I chose to move in with all these issues was I had no choice. In hind sight I should have pulled out a lot earlier and taken my money somewhere else. Alan the new contractor/project manager was much better that "Nick". Alan tried his best to remedy the situations but there is only so much he could do. Its my fault for continuing to go through the process. Buyer beware.
Mark was very helpful, and he worked well with me.
Additional Comments - I think Bella Vista has been great about working with me to help me get into a new house and making it affordable.
Areas of Delight - as a military family we really appreciate the way adrian helped us with a basically all online purchase.
Recognized Excellence - Adrian our salesman was fantastic!
The seller lady was very unknowledgeful about anything. Her response to everything is "let me ask". The contractor seems to be new or doesn't care. Says yes to everything but ends up doing minimal or nothing.
What was told was happening was not. A lot of issues after we moved in. The hand rail was sealed after we moved in due to it not being done in time. They didn’t mix the sealant correct and everyone’s clothes were ruined with brown streaks. Still finding issues daily. Was sold products with security system that was apart of Bella vista that was sold under False pretenses.

By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Bella Vista Homes as part of our survey process.
