I have had a horrible home buying experience provided by Bella Vista and still have pending issues that need to be addressed. I hope that someone can contact me immediately.
I don't know yet because we are going through the process and have some issues, so it depends how the issues are handled!
Sales Knowledge - Cassidy Pfeifer was knowledgeable about the services provided. She was able to answer all my questions with great detail.
Toro, the guy we worked with, was awesome. I would recommend that anyone that gets a house with Bella Vista Homes go through him!
I am happy with the process so far.
Bella Vista Homes builders need to slow down and pay attention to the details when building these homes.
I do like the floor plans by Bella Vista Homes. I like the options they offer as well. The issues I had was with the building process having to do with the time lines and the quality of the work.
I've only seen my house a couple times and haven't really worked with anybody from Bella Vista.
They did a great job.
I would absolutely not recommend Bella Vista Homes. Never would I recommend them.
Loved to work with Jessi what a great guy, was very helpful at all the time
All around good.
I really like the salesman, she provided excellent customer service.
I was very pleased with the house even though I got a prebuilt house.
Recognized Excellence - Toro was an awesome sales person and who always have answers for me and also the coordinator for the loan was also amazing.
Simply, each and every room MUST have multiple electrical outlets and internet coax connections on EVERY wall. Life is now in the Ethernet and electric power is CRITICAL! Poor electrical and cable design.
Overall John and Cherice communicated with us well. But our walk throughs were a headache and we had an issue with a front panel on the front of the house above the garage. When we had our inspection, the inspector pointed out that the tyvek was install incorrectly above the inside of the garage. This could possibly result in water getting in the house. After going back and forth with the Builders, Preston confirmed that it was built up to code and had passed the City of New Braunfels inspection but you can clearly tell from the front of the house where the two seams of the panels meet. Anyone can from the street. I don't have to be a builder to know that isn't a way a house is to be built. Subpar job and you can clearly tell the company doesn't take pride in it's work. On the inside you can tell how they did a sloppy job to cover it. I did want to email Heath who seems to oversee the builders in that area but I didn't because I felt like it was a lost cause. This was our first home so we were excited because it's a beautiful home. After speaking with some of our neighbors it seems, Bella Vista does not take pride in their homes as alot of them stated that they also had issues with things not being fixed when they said they would before closing. So I am hoping that if we have any issues with warranties we will not have to go through the same headaches that we did when buying it. I would like to recommend Bella Vista but I love the community but this has left a bad impression.
I went for a new home in a nice neighborhood because because I wanted top quality. Given the chance to do it again, I would steer clear of Bella Vista's products. This hasn't been much different than buying track home that was slapped together. The Superintendent for the builder doesn't think it looks too bad though. The QC throughout this build was obviously on the back burner, the finishes on the front door look like someone let their kid do it. When the Super came to see me about the door, among other issues, he sanded on the door before knocking. As if he thought that was the only issue and he could fix it before knocking on my door an hour late. This guy didn't take the time to fix the blue tape from the first walk. Bella Vista, is the best you got?
I would say their service level was awesome, and they were able to help me out throughout the whole process
They did not fix any of things they were supposed to fix before moving in, and the shower waterline is still not hooked up, and some options that I paid for to be installed were never installed
Our salesman, Art Jimenez, was a very good and helpful.
One of the representatives I spoke with set me up with appointments and contact information for all of the communities that I was interested in. They really went above and beyond.
Areas of Delight - They exceeded my expectations with their communication and the way they were able to show me houses I truly liked in my budget range. I really appreciated that they didn't waste my time by showing me houses that were out of my budget and not to my liking.
Bella Vista Homes is professional. The people helping me took the time to show me most of their places and gave me pretty good advice. It was a very good experience.
There were a few issues with my house I told to the building manager. It was supposed to be fixed, last week, and has not been resolved. I have not received any calls to follow up or to schedule.
They are horrible with taking care of things and deficiencies in the home. They don't take care of it like they are supposed to.
