They installed and maintained a pool for me. They were easy to work with, and they listened to us. They designed a pool that fit our budget and what we were looking for. I'd give them an A.

It was a new pool; it was in-ground, three-and-a-half feet in the shallow-end, down to 11-feet in the deep-end. They were really good at letting us know what to expect, when the money was due, and when decisions or selections were due—so there was really no surprise. I would give them an A+; I was very happy with their work. They were very professional, just very good, and I’m very likely to recommend them.

Their main guy, their main connection with us, David, was very communicative; he didn't talk to me like I was an idiot, but he explained things in terms I could understand. They repaired my roof, painted the inside, and repaired inside damage from the tree falling on the house. They also replaced our gutters, rebuilt our shed from the ground up, and they replaced fencing—so they did a lot of work for us. It was a very large tree. I'd give them an A+ across the board. We did come home after our camping trip to find that, after they had sanded and painted, that there was dust everywhere—but the second we said something about it, they came right in, and they cleaned everything from top to bottom. They really were excellent; the communication was fantastic. We had a lot of trouble with our first company; we dropped them and used this one instead.
DUPLICATE: Good people—consistent, reliable. They do my weekly lawn maintenance, and they've done some landscape installation. They have done hardscaping actually, with stones put in, like, a dry creek bed. I'd give them an A.
They're just very dependable. They do lawn care for me, maintenance basically—mowing the lawn, trimming, and blowing the leaves, that kind of thing. They deserve a B+.
I like a lot of things about them. Virtually everybody on their staff was good. Kelly did some design work for us that we thought was fantastic; Adam kind of implemented that and really got a lot of the design put in; he was in charge of the crew that built it. Of course, Roger was overseeing everything—terrific. They're thoughtful, too; they think about what you tell them and try to incorporate that into the design, but they still remain flexible. I can't say enough positive things about them. They have done an extensive amount of work—landscaping, hardscaping, plant installs, tree work—gosh, I can't even recall it all—they've touched virtually every aspect of our yard. They're A+; I have recommended them multiple times already. This is the kind of guy Roger is, he's doing some work for a college of mine right now and, of course, at Christmas time he always gives everybody some little gift. This guy is one of the best guys that I've ever met in my life—Terrific guy.
Mostly They did an outdoor patio, a fireplace, and a living area for us. I liked that they fit us into the schedule; this was the best part. The negative experience was after they put us on the calendar; they did one day of work in the yard, and then we didn't hear back from them for about a week. They were supposed to finish it that week. I was pretty much told that a customer that was spending a lot of money needed something finished, so they took care of them first—which was pretty much telling us that since we weren't spending $500,000 that we got bumped from a schedule that we had already been put on the calendar for. They did a good job; the work they did was good. The customer service was certainly lacking, though. I had to stay on top of them the whole time, like asking them when they were going to be here, and when they were going to do things. I felt a lot like I was managing the project myself—so that was not a good experience. The craftsmanship was good, but the delivery and the customer service were not. I would grade the overall experience with a B.
I was really impressed by this pool company and the employees. I had an in-ground pool built and 4 years later it still looks like new. Have had no problems whatsoever with the pool or equipment. The owner and the employees are very good at what they do. When you spend your hard earned money on something you plan on using with family and friends you need to pick a company that will do whatever it takes to make your experience great. With that in mind if you are looking for a pool company then choose Atlantis Pools & Spas.
