Process too long, cost much higher than anticipated,one of workers was very creepy

They were very punctual. They started the project as planned and completed it as promised. Their quality was excellent. Stacey & Shaun were easy to work with. We were appreciative of Stacy's ideas and design and she was able to provide us with a most acceptable budget. We would definitely use them again.

I rarely recommend companies to ANYONE...but Artisan will be the exception. Problems ALWAYS come up on remodeling/renovating jobs...you EXPECT that...but it is how a company resolves those problems that sets them apart from the others. Artisan effectively and efficiently dealt with every little problem that arose and did quality work throughout the entire process. They get and A+ in all areas!

Areas Of Satisfaction - Stacy is able to listen and provide direction for your desires. She does not try to make your home her vision but is very good and making it look how you want it to look. I have a lot of respect for her. She is down to earth, easy to work with and understands a budget and works to get the desired look within that budget. Thank you Shaun and Stacy.
