Renee Rodriguez made the entire experience straightforward and enjoyable. He was consistently professional, easy to work with, and always reachable, whether I had a quick question or needed more in‑depth guidance. Renee went above and beyond what I would expect from a salesperson. He offered thoughtful insights at each step, explained options clearly, and often felt more like a trusted friend than a sales representative. He worked hard to ensure our requests were accommodated whenever possible and advocated on our behalf to make sure we were satisfied with every detail. I also want to recognize Eric Helton, who likewise went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. Even after our home was handed over, Eric remained responsive and happy to help with suggestions and follow‑up questions, which speaks volumes about his commitment to customer care. Eric is always great to work with, and his support really completed a positive overall experience.
