Areas Of Satisfaction - Both Tom and Nolan consistently went above my expectations. They did their best to answer my questions right away and if they didn't have an answer then, they followed up with me usually within a day...most of the time, less than that.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Exceeded in all areas! Special note: our AE reps Tom Valeko and Joe Klingele - super guys. Joe kept me informed regularly by email and phone of build progress. Tom is available virtually 24/7; fast, efficient and a complete professional. The showroom/selection visits were excellent. Wonderful to be able to see and select everything at a single location.

Sales Experience - Lisa was easy to work with and exceptional during the process of choosing our home. Not only did we work via zoom because of the pandemic but we were also in North Carolina at the time. She made us feel at ease with the process.

Lender Closing Experience - We used Benchmark Mortgage and I would highly recommend them for any lending needs.

Construction Experience - We really appreciated Eric Holton through the building process. We received weekly updates, via email/text, onsite visits, and education on the process. Honestly, if we were to build again I would request Eric. His patience with explaining the process until we were comfortable was appreciated.
Customer Care Experience - We were not expecting the follow-up and walk through visits after we closed on our home. OMG!! Our experience has been wonderful.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Buying a home and it being my first home ever - across the country - during a pandemic - could not have gone smoother. From my first initial discussion with my sales agent Randy, to discussing loan options with my lender Kaitlyn all the way to receiving weekly updates from my production manager Ryan the entire process was smooth. I did not expect it to be that simplistic, however it was one of the easiest decisions and purchases I have ever made in my life. Randy was always available for questions and to talk through any concerns I had throughout the entire process. Ryan was always available when I had follow up questions to the construction of the home and Kaitlyn walked me through - countless times the loan process. Thank you for making buying my first home so easy and exciting.
