Trevor was great throughout the whole process! We met him years back when we first stopped into a model and he remembered us when we toured the community we now live in. He went out of his way to let us see a few models before our showroom appointment to plan what we wanted in our new home. He also went above and beyond and met us at the showroom a time or two to look at options in advance so we could make informed selections in our new home. Trevor was also present at both our new home orientation and our closing both of which we didn't expect but enjoyed that he was there for those milestones as well.

Chad was great! He always kept us updated as the build progressed, what was happening next, and was always quick to return calls and answer questions. It is very apparent that he truly cares about the people he works with and the quality of the finished product.

My wife, family, and I were very excited about finally building the house we wanted. Going into the process I honestly was waiting for and expecting some bumps in the road. Were there going to be delays in building? Was there going to be a last minute problem with closing? The whole process from start to finish and every person we worked with was great.Trevor was great in helping us decide what we wanted and giving opinions on options/upgrades. Jennifer in the Showroom was fun to work with. Lauren at Finance of America made the financial side of the process painless and easier than we expected. Chad our Project Manager was always available to answer questions and constantly kept us in the loop on how things were progressing. We have shared with many people how great our whole experience with Allen Edwin has been and how satisfied we are.
We already have and will continue to. I believe my wife's friend closes this week on her home two houses down from us.
The whole building process was pretty seamless. That was fine.
The final walk through and the details gave us an experience that exceeded our expectations.

Kimberly Kremm was our showroom consultant and she was absolutely amazing! I asked her to help me with different design features and options and her recommendation were all spot on. My wife and I felt so lucky to have gotten Kimberly to work with us. Kimberly is extremely good at what she does. At the end of the experience I truly felt I had made a new friend.
John is the best! If I was task with coming up with three words to describe our Production Manager John CagLiari they would be Calm, Comforting, and Professional. A forth word would be "Cool!". I was very actively involved with the building of our home. I was onsite nearly every day pointing out things, asking questions, and taking drone videos of the entire process. The sort of things that could easily drive a lesser man crazy.LOL But John was always the voice of reason and understanding. If I did see something that I thought wasn't right I could count of John to follow up on it and have it corrected if necessary. John also has a great sense of humor which he used to help me "Not to Sweat the small stuff" and know that it would all get done and work out as expected in the end. Which it did. Just as he said it would. It was a true pleasure working with him.
The people that work for them all exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and politeness, and willingness to help us through the process.
As a veteran, I often hear "Thank you for your Service". This has just become for most something to say when they hear you are a Veteran. But Allen Edwin Homes like Lowes aren't just saying those words they are showing you with their actions that they are sincere. Allen Edwin Homes takes a great risk financially when they build a home for a Veteran because they don't get paid until the home is built and the cost is paid for by the mortgage lender. This a risk that only a handful of builders are willing to take. Allen Edwin Homes is the only one in my area that I am aware of that does this. As I write this and look around our beautiful new home built just for us I feel that it wouldn't have been possible if not for Allen Edwin Homes.
We purchased a spec home so our engagement with AE was limited. Our only engagment has been with Jon Morrison, who has been fantastic through the closing process and has remained a good resource for questions and concerns.
John our builder did an excellent job communicating with us. Very easy to work with and willing to help if we had questions.

I was most satisfied with communication flow during the building process between the production manager, Nolan, and myself. I was at work in North Dakota and I was updated every week and I knew the progress and that helped alleviate a lot of anxiety.
Jim Douglas and Nolan both made me feel very comfortable through this experience. It is the first home I've ever owned and build. There was a lot of stupid questions that I had, that they had no problem answering. Knowing what I know now, I still would have wanted to do it the same exact way because of the way those guys handled the situation. It is not easy dealing with a customer 1,500 miles away.
We had a great experience with all of the Allen Edwin staff, especially Linda. We always felt like we were being taken care of and we would always get a response to the many questions we had. We always had consistent communication and the professionalism from all staff was impressive. We are very happy with every step of our experience.
