I am giving a five star rating here as this was an extremely un-average experience purchasing a home during a pandemic outbreak. The team was extremely courteous and was always willing to help answer questions, take calls, and point us in the right direction.

Jeff was very good at always staying in contact with us and giving us extra information. He did so much for us on the financial end as well with providing us with knowledge of the loan services.

Our primary contact with AEH has been Brandon Rowe, who has been a good resource and helped to facilitate things like our final grade and gave us good information about sod/irrigation, other contractors and local utilities.
