The job site was always ready when we scheduled a visit and he went the extra mile to make sure it was cleaned up. When we moved in, the house was vacuumed & dusted, windows cleaned and the unfinished basement portion and garage were power washed.

From the very beginning, the process was smooth, professional, and well-managed. The attention to detail and help during inspection gave me full confidence in my decision. What truly made the experience great was the support from the Tom, he was incredibly responsive, supportive with mortgage company (also recommended - GVC/Dwaine), guiding our family through each step with clarity. Closing went off without a hitch, and even after the purchase, they followed up to make sure everything was going well.
